Please note: If you are already registered in ClerkQuest with Access Type – “Party to a Case” and need access to additional cases, please go to the My Account page by selecting the down arrow beside your email address in the main menu. Then follow the instructions to complete a new notarized application with the additional case numbers.
Registered User/Public Access
- All fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Click Submit Registration
- You can print the application for your own records, you DO NOT need to email the application to the Clerk of Court.
- You will receive an email asking you to verify the email address. You must respond to this email to complete the application process.
- Once you confirm the email address the account will be approved and be available to log on.
Party to a Case
- All fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Please enter your name as it appears in your case records.
- If your name has changed, please provide documentation of the name change.
- You must provide valid case number(s) for all cases where you are requesting Party access. The case number format should be YYYY-XX-999999-A, where YYYY is the case year and XX is the case type. If you are unsure of your case number, please conduct a records search to locate the correct number.
- Click Submit Registration to review and PRINT the access agreement.
- You will receive an email asking you to verify the email address. You must respond to this email to complete the application process.
- Have the access agreement notarized.
- Submit the notarized registration agreement to the Okaloosa County Clerk of Court by email – onlineaccess@okaloosaclerk.com, you may also submit the form at any Okaloosa Clerk of Court location.
- Once the notarized application is received, we will complete the application process and contact you if we need additional information or to advise the account is approved.
Attorney of Record
- All fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Attorneys will need to provide a valid Florida Bar Number and must have a status of “Eligible to Practice Law in Florida.”
- Click “Submit Registration” to review and PRINT the access agreement.
- You will receive an email asking you to verify the email address. You must respond to this email to complete the application process.
- Have the access agreement notarized.
- Submit the notarized registration agreement to the Okaloosa County Clerk of Court by email – onlineaccess@okaloosaclerk.com.
- Once the notarized application is received, we will complete the application process and contact you if we need additional information or to advise the account is approved.
Agency Employees
- All fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Select the Access Type that is applicable to your agency.
- Select your employing Agency.
- Click Submit Registration to review and PRINT the access agreement.
- You will receive an email asking you to verify the email address. You must respond to this email to complete the application process.
- Have the access agreement notarized.
- Submit the notarized registration agreement to your agency’s Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeper will send the application to us if they approve the application.
- Once the notarized application is received, we will complete the application process and contact you if we need additional information or to advise the account is approved.
